The teaching returned again and again to a simple point: the Gospel is not only something to hear, it is a life to be lived. Perseverance is not a detour on the way to maturity. It is the road.

What we heard

  • Character is produced, not announced. It grows in the ordinary and the difficult.
  • Disciples are formed in fellowship. We learn, pray, serve, grow and go together.
  • The aim of formation is not comfort but usefulness, sons who can be sent.
